Results
Consistent engagement throughout the new employee onboarding process and an onboarding process streamlined from 90 days to 30 days led to consistent engagement through the onboarding process. The original 90-day process to be completed by the majority of new employees was streamlined and successfully accomplished within their first 30 days.
